A Container full
of medical supplies/first-aid items, school supplies, toys and food
items are ready to be shipped out on January 28th from the Port of
Oakland, Northern California
We thank the
following Organizations and Personnel for their valuable support for
shipping arrangements. Because of their generosity we only had to pay
for handling fees of the container which was covered by donor
contributions.
Free port-to-port ocean transportation of the
container -Costs of shipping is out of our reach without the generosity
of Yang Ming Shipping line who gave shipment of one container free of
charge
Sincere thanks to
Dart Express for providing freight forwarding services free of charge
We also extend our sincere thanks to the
Port of Oakland employees
for their very generous contributions toward Tsunami relief fund The
contributions from the Port Authority employees to the Dharmapala
