Subject: Landscaping project kick-off on Sunday, October 24th
Dear all,
As the first step towards the revitalization of the temple backyard project, we
are going to have a shramadana on October 24th from 9 am to 1 pm. The organizing
committee is planning to build a temporary shed and dismantle the existing one.
If you have tools necessary for this type of work, please bring them along. We
may organize many more sharmadana events in the coming weeks: preparation of the
ground for laying sprinklers, grading the land for grass sod, and planting
flowers and bushes. This would be a very exciting project for everyone to
participate in; to witness your own efforts to shape up and create a beautiful
Boo maluwa.
